Isn't this movie about a dude who accidentally murders a beloved icon before taking the role over and fully replacing him? Boy, a movie where an Indian murders a White Christian figure and after showing minimal guilt over the death he takes his job and replaces him very publicly sure is a bold choice for Disney. Not quite as bold as making a movie about a little girl selling tickets to view her puberty-changing body in light of the groomer bill, but it's still pretty topical.
