I'd rather leave it up to the end user to decide what they want. Is there some decentralised mod/games manager thing, beyond just managing content on your hard drive manually? Ideally with sandboxing, optional curation/recommendation layer and the ability to pay people for their efforts. On my TODO list, but if others have done it already, do tell.
That policy is acceptable in my oppinion, though I would create exceptions for marking statue mods as adult content if they barely change anything that's already there.
Too bad the mods are too stupid not to reject a mod that modify's clothing trim in the name of their lolisho ban.
