More slamming the brakes on the industry's hot takes, from Scrivonaut and Norayla on Splash Damage:
The developer of Lost Ark has added less-revealing outfits to the game after complaints the female outfits are too sexy, but this hasn’t stopped GameDevelopment.com from demanding the game go farther and cater Lost Ark only to Western audiences. Standard disclaimer - I'm not Scrivonaut and I'm not associated with the podcast, I'm just reposting from Reddit as a signal boost.
That site doesn't appear to exist. I'm guessing they mean GameDeveloper.com which is apparent what Gamasutra is suddenly called now because of virtue signalling that deserves its own thread.
Quite likely it's supposed to be the site formerly known as Gamasutra. I just copypasta'd the body from the Reddit post, and Scrivonaut is known to occasionally screw up the name of a site or developer in the actual podcast, so a typo here and there doesn't surprise me.
