There is something called Biosafety level (BSL). BSL-3 and BSL-4 are only for extremely dangerous and deadly pathogens. It’s not at all “standard”. Not all biolabs are the same.
Preaching to the choir here. But I was also general in my description, which is why I said "on almost all". Remember, we are dealing with people who say scary bacteria names and already assumed it was evidence of bioweapons.
But I can guarantee you, E. Coli is in every lab out there.
Is (Soviet-era) Anthrax 836 in every lab out there too? Why does US government deny access to Researchers from other countries to inspect those labs? Why does it disagree with a mechanism for one country to inspect biolabs of an other country? Why is Ms Victoria Nuland afraid that “research material” will end up in Russian hands? Why are these biolabs funded by US DoD and not an other agency? Just some questions.
Because other countries also don't allow inspectors. There is no agency like IAEA to inspect it.
Anthrax 836... Since the tweet has been deleted. I don't recall seeing in the documents that strain.

Read what I wrote before. For someone so knowledgeable about it, does actually need me to repeat myself. Or knows that DoD is a good place to seek help to avoid potential outbreaks.
HAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAAHAHAAHAHAHAHAAHAHAAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHA
That's it?! That's the evidence of bioweapons?!
That is the standard stuff on almost all biolabs in the world.
Talk about guzzling Bolshevik propaganda
