If they were really concerned about their friends in Ukraine, why didn't they speak up when NATO and the west announced plans to use the country as a pawn to put nukes on Russia's doorstep?

[citation needed] Because I am sure there are literally 0 nukes in their country.

Plus, nobody likes commies. Russia destroyed Czech, and very few people in those regions even like Russia.
