Honestly the left want to distract from COVID as much as possible. People are not happy with COVID restrictions and is bad for them in elections.

The war is going to be the best distraction that the left could have asked for. I hope people will not forget everything until midterms, but I have 0 faith in humanity.

I feel that if there is a silver lining, maybe they will finally stop blaming everything on covid and using it as an excuse for general bullshittery.

Oh, who am I kidding? at least one of them will continue to. Hopefully it's just the one.
