This definitely isn’t good precedent by any stretch of the imagination but considering they’ve been going through bankruptcy and restructuring they may have just paid them to fuck off..

It wasn't even Remington, the Remington that got sued ceased to exist years ago. This was their insurers who took the hit and left to get it over with.
