Paul really gets heated about the subject in Galatians, where he says that those who were pushing circumcision in the early church should go the the whole way and emasculate themselves.

The New Testament is really clear that circumcision should no longer be practiced. it's a plot point in the book of Acts, with the Council of Jerusalem reaching a unanimous decision condemning it. Then Paul speaks against it in several of his epistles.
