Okay so he made a point to reboot the franchise, which means the original movies aren't cannon to his movie nor his movie cannon to the originals... It almost makes zero sense to include it... . regardless of how well it did. Then if you take Feig's very public and antagonistic fights with the fans of the original..... WTF is this guy smoking?!?
