eh. What is a more philisophical film from the same era? one that also has novel special effects, and fun action? plus a decent cyberpunkish sountrack?

I'll give you 10 spots for late 90's to mid 2000's movies to list here

I'll edit as he lists all the other amazingly philosophical and sci fi with decent effects of that era.
