Japan wants to hire foreigners to appear cosmopolitan, but most of them are diehard leftists that unapologetically want to change the country. I remember reading about one black teacher who wrote about gleefully indoctrinating high school students about the plight of black Americans. It would actually be better for them to hire exclusively weeaboos if they had to, since those people don't pose a societal threat and actually view the country in a favorable light.
