crazy shit is, this was ruled in admissible in court. Even though he was released from a mental hospital the day he got shot... it can not be admitted.

The douch bag prosecutor even tried to force a mistrial by trying to bring it up himself but he got cock slapped by the Judge. that's how bad it's going for them.
