They had this guy speak to my entire company in a virtual meeting. I’m thinking about becoming a they/them so I can get promoted. Being a white guy is holding me back big time.

There is something about identifying as they/them that makes me sick to my stomach. Saying your latino or native american seems a much easier path. If Elizabeth Warren can be an Indian then I do not understand why I should not be able to.
