That's a paddlin'! I mean, that's a firing. That's what the last sentence means.
It's like along with rational thought, all rules related to HIPPA have been thrown out the window as well.

I received a similar email. I told them I would not be in compliance.
I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop, but given that we're comically understaffed, I'm more worried about the future of the company than my own.
I think we'll lose more hours worked by people using sick leave for weekly testing and 10 day quarantines for false positives, than you would lose if they didn't implement this.
