Oh for sure. That’s why I’m shocked all these employers and schools mandated it. If there is a latent defect or credible information published on actual side effects as soon as the hysteria dies down there will be all kinds of lawyers running ads that say “If you or a loved one was forced by an employer or school mandate to take a COVID vaccine against your or their wishes, you may be entitled to compensation.” The manufacturer has a liability shield. The lawyers will go after any pockets they can find.
