I've been itching to play a game with a friend of mine, we used to play a ton of wow and lol 2015, man does it not seems like a different era.
Dunno how you feel about minecraft clones, but 7 Days to Die is pretty fun for a game that's been in Alpha for seven years. multiplayer is baked in, though you can run a dedicated server if you want.
