Info needed on Tom Preston/Andrew Dobson pedophile allegations

I was looking at Curt Siblings art and learned that Tom Preston/Andrew Dobson has pedophilia allegations, however I am unable to find anything and the kiwifarms search is down.

Are these allegations legitimate like the ones against Shadman and Shmorky, or are merely based off something that does not count like loli/shota/cub?

KF search is up (at least for me), so I went looking in his thread and it seems like nothing was ever proven, people were just speculating about whether he was a pedo or not. Motherfucker's creepy, that's for sure, but it doesn't seem like he ever got caught with actual CP or anything like that.

Good to know, the Shadman allegations are based off the fact he drew real minors, while Shmorky is alleged to have groomed a minor to begin a sexual relationship when they hit 18, and he is believed to have legally gotten away with it because the sexual talk started at 18.
