thats more skyrim style though ... think I managed scale aprox 78% of skyrims mountain surfaces on horseback:) albeit best ride there was going down on southern border mountains, almost vertical downward run with guaranteed death if you dared slow down (also slalom to avoid all even terrains mid way so you didnt become missile)
after all in botw link can go where horse cant; but in skyrim horse can go where dragonborn cant
yes, because skyrim physics engine can be cheesed when it comes to terrain if you are on horse ...since horse ignores hitbox of mountain terrain to extend (and as horses are inside the hitboxes, physics engine is bugging about vertical terrain; evidenced by example "bitch I am a horse" meme of horse standing firmly in near vertical position)
