I was thinking exactly the same today. On election day Larry's numbers will be unfeasibly insurmountable (remember PA on election night?). However, as more of the mail-in ballots that will keep coming for days after 9/14 are counted a miracle of democracy will occur and Newsom will get ahead just enough. Remember that our elections now are based on ballot production speed. Every vote must be counted.
