Pacific has accused Paxton of violating the civil rights of students in his class with insensitive language.

What civil rights are being violated here?

The things he said seemed like bottom of the barrel. He said that "every person has a gender" excluding agender (what ever that is) and that native americans were aggressive and war like, I believe he is correct in that statement.
