His autistic hatred of The Peoples Party of Canada has continued to escalate, and at this point I consider him nothing a threat to the .win network due to his growing irrational extremist behavior which points to him going regressive.
You can see him continue to escalate based on how he created a retarded sidebar image called the "PPC SPERGOUT INDEX", which had recently evolved into an animated gif: https://archive.is/https://omegacanada.win/*
At this point it is time that the owners of the .win network do something about this braindead CINO cocksucker who does noting but promote conspiracy theories about the PPC and it's supporters.
Impossible to know. Absolutely no one could go to freecanada.win and find out for themselves.
If appearances matter more to you than a rouge leftist moderator who bans all conservative opinions, we don't really care if you find out about the upgrade though.
I haven't migrated to freecanada.win because I have seen several other forums engage in sketchy behavior and do not want some random sperg leaking shit.
Many of our users felt the same way (myself included), hell I argued against creating it in the first place. Canadians have no representation on .win right now, except to wander around KIA2 or patriots, or GAW, so FCW is where many went as they were banned from OC one by one. IDK how many users we've given the "banned from Omega" medal too, but it's ridiculous.
You don't even need a real email btw, it's part of the forum software and serves as a spam deterrent, but verification is not enabled. (Nope, no super geniouses who wrote our own forum software, just using XenForo.)
We've even shared some ways to help protect yourself online: https://freecanada.win/threads/1461/
And we frequently remind people to use a VPN if the admins can see too much info. Lessons even the small handful of shills and trolls we've had failed to learn.
No one at FCW wanted to admin our own site, but there was no other recourse for the hamwhich situation, which had already ousted several good users who simply left .win altogether before FCW was started. There is just no available path for migration when the admins refused to even answer our requests for such a path.
Things are running pretty smoothly now, so interest in joining the .win has fallen considerably, especially after the IP2 bs that showed our alternative plan would never have worked either. We would prefer the exposure to an already established network, and the whole uniform login thing, we would even have preferred NOT being the admins, but there was zero option for that.
But we're not trying to recruit for a cult, we simply exist as a place to share news about Canada's decent into communism.
I've been there since day 1.
Management team is solid.
In a context where 100% of the interaction is visual, appearance is the primary go/no go filter.
Voat.xyz is a prime example. Your eyes want to vomit if you open the default page.
Ruqqus is another example. The colors aren't 'too' bad, but the layout is weird and off-putting.
I just went to freecanada.win. Found white text on a black background... Whoever created that is actively trying to discourage sighted people from using the site.
Another one of the FreeCanada mods checking in.
I personally don't like the default background style, but, a lot of people seem to prefer 'dark' themes to 'light' themes.
I'm probably going to bring it up to the rest of the mod/admin team soon, because the default theme was chosen when we only had three available (we now have nine).
Most of the new themes are 'light' or 'semi-light'.
See here for how to change that (and preview the other styles):
https://freecanada.win/threads/1391/
https://freecanada.win/threads/1823/
It's a forum, there are multiple user selectable styles.
https://freecanada.win/forums/10/
No such thing is visible on this page.
There's more, but white text on a black background repels potential users. If you're wanting a site to fail to thrive, this is the way to go.
It's one of those things that you need to know where you're looking to do it.
It's at the bottom left of the page, press 'default' or 'FCW Midnight', will show a menu of the possible options. Select one, and it will switch you over.
See here for visualization. First comment by the thread OP.
We should make it more obvious to newcomers, and/or, change the default theme.
I've passed that idea along to the rest of the FreeCanada mod/admin team.
