I mean HIV/AIDS have some hardcore shadiness with them. From origin shadiness, to Anthony Fauci preventing useful treatments while people were told to use AZT and died from it.

I believe both could have been created on purpose. Idk the race of the virus manufacturers but honestly this one hyper racist conspiracy book might have a few rights in between the wrongs..
