If you do not revoke your citizenship (which you probably shouldn't, because the US treats you like shit if you do so you're burning bridges), you're liable for tax on foreign earned income above the exclusion, which is about $108,000. I think you also get a deduction for foreign tax paid, so this is really mainly an issue for people in tax shelter countries.
