This guy has a mental illness and would normally be in an institution but his mother has money so instead he was able to afford a bunch of plastic surgery.

He became "famous" by being on some English TV equivalent to freak shows.

There's ultimately no difference between him and all the people "criticizing him" so anyone sane should really hate everyone involved.
