In the wake of sex scandals that have rocked the charity, Oxfam has produced guidance which states that: “Mainstream feminism centres on privileged white women and demands that ‘bad men’ be fired or imprisoned”.Accompanied by a cartoon of a crying white woman, it adds that this “legitimises criminal punishment, harming black and other marginalised people ---- in other words White women shouldn't report rape because minority criminals might actually go to jail and deservedly so and that is somehow wrong. Lot of transsexual stuff too. But seems the headline bit at least is garbage. You definitely should report rapists, not cover it up because they're Brown. Seems they're pushing it to try and justify their own scandals too. "We're not sex criminals, they're just racist". Criminal punishment is most definitely "legitimate". This is ridiculous.
