Imagine being a statistical anomaly in a hobby and feeling like a survivor when people point out that fact to you.

Also, I've heard nothing about football from any of these women, and heard nothing BUT the fact that they are WOMEN who are into football. When they take an actual interest in the hobby instead of scoring virtue points for being women, then perhaps they will be taken more seriously. Of course then they won't get to pose on camera for a self-celebratory, victim complex-chasing video.
