They just get inspired by them, get hired based on diversity, not merit, then *itch and lower dress standards, and really all standards, what with the lack of merit. Then fail to figure out why maybe there aren't so many Blacks in the upper echelons of business. If he's so successful he should create his own "hip", "urban" DD and be done with it and not riding White coattails anymore.
