They can afford to lose a lot more than that. Here's me hoping this is just the start.
I think they already are. Haven't they already been caught cooking the books? It's a pretty common tactic in large scale business to use dirty methods like firing lots of staff before the quarterly earnings report to make it look better. I'm not waiting for them to 'start losing money', I'm waiting for them to run out of ideas to hide just how much they're losing.
I hadn't heard anything about them cooking the books, but I do know the lock downs certainly weren't helping to keep their theme parks profitable. That would definitely be a pleasant surprise for me if they did go under.
