Adopt this ideology at full sail and take it to its logical conclusions: Since gender is a choice, then we are free to discriminate. It's that person's fault for choosing the wrong one, after all.

Not like they can't change it on a whim even if they initially chose poorly. Gender is fluid after all. Last I checked, fluids flowed.
