So far, since the "Biggest shooting ever", we had

Middle Eastern immigrant shoots 10 white people at a grocery store

Mexican shoots up a hospital (I think it was a hospital, was holed FAST

Black Marine shoots up naval base

Black athlete shoots two kids and a doctor.

And that's not counting the countless "invisible" murders, or the two girls that murdered an uber eats driver,
