Whether you like him or not, and I was a bit disappointed with his behavior during the second impeachment, one thing is sure, and that he is not to be messed with.

He had four years to do something, and two He had the house for two of those years too. Thus far He's proven himself to be completely chickenshit, and is absolutely someone to be "messed with". What's he gonna do, send a sternly worded letter?
