A long tweet storm about Indo-European charioteers and Early, Early China:
The title of your thread implies a ridiculous claim that black people are responsible for China's historical successes, yet the actual tweets are about archeological evidence pointing to Indo-Europeans conquering ancient China.
Am I missing something here?
You are. Instead of a black person saying "we wuz kangs," I put those words into the mouth of a white (i.e., Indo-European) person purely for the humor of it. I'm not sure how you would find this confusing, unless you read my post with an unbreakable expectation that any post here could only be mocking blacks (or Hoteps).
Generally "we wuz Kangs" is used to mock black people claiming to be responsible for all advanced cultures, despite that no advanced cultures were ever built by a culture run by an ethnic majority of sub-Saharan Africans.
