The problem is that when you are literally rapping about your past and future crimes, any claim to 'artistic expression' is pretty meaningless because what you are producing is evidence.
You don't get to rap about how your crew killed some guy from some other crew last month and then act surprised when you get arrested for that murder and they play your musical confession in court.
