I think all usury should be illegal, but my point was more about them putting their access to porn above everything else
Usury isn't a problem, it's the person who is taking that offer... but also doesn't want to take it, that is the problem.
If I want to borrow $10 from you rightthissecond, and I promise to pay you it back in 4 weeks, demanding an additional $3 is a good idea in response to me just taking your money for 4 weeks. Thus, a 30% is interest rate is perfectly reasonable.
That being said, it doesn't have too much to do with your original point.
