Realistically, he is the most likely to be a fascist. "Fascist" is not a catch-all term for everything you dislike, it is a political ideology in and of itself, which values order and hierarchy more than other ideologies.

Perhaps so, but not all Statists are Fascist either. A Fascist state would have a highly structured military, not one loosely composed of disorganized militants with a flat hierarchy.
