It also feels extremely linear, and like they put no work into introducing you to side quests. You just get bombarded with jobs as you drive around.
At least in Witcher 3 there were whole conversations that lead you into side quests, here random dudes cold-call you or quests just automatically appear.
And theres very little actual explanation of how mechanics like hacking actually work aside from how to do it, I honestly feel extremely lost with figuring out how to use it in a way that works with my play style.
Great point. I feel the same about side quests. I looked at my map and I already have like 50 or 100 on the map and I have no idea where or how I even got them and have no connection to them and dont even care to do them lol.
I have done a couple, but it’s so boring. One mission was make all the people hanging around some vending machines dead and take their shit. And another was make all the people hanging around some electronic billboards dead and take their shit. Don’t forget the one police mission I had which was make all the people hanging out under a bridge dead and “secure the evidence” which really mean, take their shit.
