I liked the left when they spoke of things like anti-interventionism, some amount of protectionist policies for American workers and jobs, and the "corporate death penalty" for corporations whose malfeasance is particularly bad. I don't even remember the last time I've even heard the phrase "corporate death penalty".
Another thread asked if I read or listened to left-wing viewpoints, and my answer to that is "the elements of the left-wing platform I agreed with are generally also shared by the Dissident Right and/or the paleocons, with the added benefit they generally aren't trying to push for degeneracy or dependency on a giant welfare state."
