The event began with Trump supporters marching through New York with an enormous "thin blue line" banner that says "Trump: Law and order."
"To hell with you calling us racist!" said an organizer, who listed minority groups he said were in attendance.

After protesters played a sort of "Tug of war" game to confiscate Trump supporters' flag, police pushed in and declared an unlawful assembly, essentially threatening to arrest anyone who didn't leave.
One was arrested as the NYPD pushed in.

"He needs water!" Police formed a perimeter around one arrestee, who appeared to be unconscious behind the police van.
Later footage did show this person loaded into an ambulance.
From the video timestamps on my end, it seems to have taken roughly 15 minutes to do so.

At Times Square, a Trump supporter had his flag taken by counter-protesters and paint thrown on him.
He got into his car (turning off the "YMCA" song coming from it) but then got back out.
NYPD arrested one biker, who had been present but didn't appear to put hands on the man.

Following the unlawful assembly declaration, three more people were arrested as most of the rest of the crowd dispersed.
A total of eleven people had reportedly been arrested throughout the day.
