Right, because there isn't a single Jamaican out there that wears a Rasta hat on a regular basis. Apparently it's perfectly fine for a half-black/half-Latino superhero to walk around NYC looking clean-cut and borderline "white" in his actions, but heaven forbid that a Jamaican chatacter be shown to revel in his own culture in the clothing they depict him in. JFC, that's racist as hell.
