Tests results are largely meaningless for statistical comparaison, yet the media keeps pretending it is. ( It's used as a screening to tell people to isolate themselves to lower transmission. )

The only remotely coherent way to compare situation in different states is to track excess mortality and controling for other factors.

For example, Québec has more detected daily cases than this Spring, but less than half ICU patients than this Spring, and 10%-20% of the Spring daily deaths. Because this Spring, they didn't do large-scale testing. ( The vast majority of cases are asymptomatic anyway. )

Yet listening to the media it's the apocalypse with "record breaking cases" and we must lockdown and not see our family and friends. Reminder that although this Spring there was indeed a significant excess mortality, there is not this Fall even at peak of the second wave.

God I wish our public health agency had a brain like, how extremely ironic, Sweden's, of all places. Their institute is not dictated by politicians, and thus the presstitutes trying to whip a mass hysteria to up their ratings cannot drill them daily, making them implement retarded policies, such as large-scale quarantine and hygene protocols in SCHOLS, for a demographic that would be 4 times more oikely to die of the seasonal flu.

Oh and no masks for the general public in Sweden.

Sweden never shut down they schools. Not even this Spring. No kid died. Zero.
