I can tell you why I still watch...because several other drivers have actually resisted this nonsense and been willing to answer for it. Sure, they aren't perfect and I haven't picked into every one of their political views, but I have no problem standing tall and supporting a sport that allows their guys to open defend NOT kneeling in support of violence and politicization of their sport. Because if I look around, that's something in short supply.

Most of the time I just pretend Mercedes isn't in the race anyway. It's a lot more fun that way. If they are top of the podium I don't care to watch the podium ceremony.

I've never liked Hamilton, because he's always been all about nothing but seeking more attention. I've never felt like he was genuine, but instead would do anything for social media points. I laughed my ass off when the penalties worked so hard against him last week.
