This inevitably means, sky high artificial bumping of property prices that simply aren't worth anywhere near what they're selling at, fucking hipster trendy university students being dropped there by mommy and daddy and paying out the arse in rent and getting themselves in debt. Migrant serfs buzzing around illegally being contracted by delivery apps and the takeaway businesses that are catering to the students etc. that are 'living' there.
