I just go with mental illness, I haven't seen shower caps, not many blacks where I have to travel through in the build up areas, Muslims/Whites mainly. However I tell you what I have seen I have seen white people sometimes in their fucking dressing gown in the actual shops. These are clearly people who have just dropped all pretence of being functional human beings because even when I'm lazy I at least make sure I'm dressed in actual clothes. Some of the shit people wear even where I live is getting more and more retarded though.
