BATF just raided an airport manager on suspicion of being a dealer without a license because he bought and sold guns too often, and of course they killed him.
Reminder that the Veterans Administration was adding veterans to the NICS prohibited list without a hearing or a judicial order because veterans were going in to the VA seeking mental health treatment.
The BATF is suspending the licenses of FFLs over the smallest paperwork infractions, and has been for years now.

The way this red flag thing will go will be generally along these lines: You will come to the attention of the Bureaucracy for some reason, doesn't matter why. You will get red flagged, have any CCW permits issued to you cancelled, receive a visit from the FBI, the IRS will audit you, your bank will close your accounts. If you have a security clearance, that will be cancelled instantly. You will get the SSSS on your boarding pass when you go to fly, and get secondary screening. Your employer will be dragged into this, and will likely fire you.
This will drag on, and on, and on, and you will get no info from anyone at all about what is going on the entire time. You will be unpersoned, unarmed (on paper, anyway), financially harassed, and have to live with the weight of the entire federal government hanging over your head like a sword of Damocles for years.
