I remember seeing the trailer being posted up here if this is the same movie, utterly forgettable Hollywood B-List nonsense and even in the damn trailer they had the 'bad guys' being the stereotypical hillbilly racist because that's all leftists ever think of when they think of right wing being that out of touch.

Very much the attitude of like when a CNN actually went out and ventured outside their bubble to talk to people they disagreed with and then immediately retreated back into their bubble and doubled down when they realised the narrative they were peddling didn't fit with reality at all. I think the most pathetic thing about Hollywood these days though is they can't even produce quite basic B-List movies anymore which weren't terrible to watch back in the day.
