This is interesting because it's not something I really encounter where I am even though vapers are abound. More of a mix of university-esque hipster community the young people that I see or boomers/generation x families.
What I have noticed though, is how often it turns out that many of these people giving out fitness programs online are often steroid users. Barely a single honest one among the bunch. Yet they're out there pretending they're naturals and do the whole trust me bro if you follow my fitness plan you're going to see results in just a few months. It's a fascinating rabbit hole to go down and the steroid weirdos are even trying to normalise it on various parts of social media.
