Yep, agreed generally.

I will say though I think you might be overestimating how bad it would be to have more girls be like tomboys. Obviously not every girl should be like that, but if more women had a spirit of hard work in them like a lot of men do, I believe things would be less bad than they are now.

Femininity is certainly important and vital, but I feel one of the things that got us into this mess was basically spoiling our women, and giving them everything they wanted (or at least claimed to want) without a shred of accountability or responsibility with it. We put them on a pedestal and treat them like strange alien creatures that shouldn't even be touched or expected to do anything rather than human beings like us.

Women in the past used to have to do forms of difficult work to support their families, not as bad as the men had it ofc, but still clearly a form of labor or work, like carrying heavy pails of water, laundry that involved beating clothes with sticks on rocks for hours, heavy, long amounts of cooking (often involving butchery and preparation of animals), assisting with farming/gardening/harvesting, constant child rearing, cleaning, serving, weaving, etc.

We've created a bunch of spoiled brats in their place. Women who spend their time spending their husband's money, doing online/IRL shopping, going out with their friends, eating out at restaurants constantly, getting paid services to take care of their responsibilities (including nannies), watching TV, gossiping (already existed but imo its worse now than before), unnecessary therapy, constant social media usage, complaining, focusing excessively on makeup/clothes, etc

I've seen this behavior in some of my extended family and the difference is jarring when compared to my close family, imo. My grandparents both worked themselves crazy and yet somehow still found time to do all the typical, expected responsibilities of parenting (including my grandmother, who worked long hours as a nurse) and raise both my parents/aunt/uncle, and eventually my siblings and I.
