Absolutely valid, for my own work this is why I hang out on places like this and I'm targeting pirates specifically and even posted on their forums. The reason is I know you guys and them are real people and not NPC activists. He's probably smart enough and not a normie to know how much of things online can be faked.

Dead internet theory is real and I completely understand where he's coming from, there are probably going to be advertiser lawsuits one day when the shit hits the fan and there's inevitably a scandal of enough sites being exposed for completely faking their data and allowing bots to run rampant. Even without the spam it's fucking annoying dealing with spergs and I'm somebody who has a rant a lot and I'm nowhere near as bad as some people who really can't seem to help their behaviour.
