In an extremely rare move I am going to defend streamers, there are wholesome ones about that just do it for fun. There are communities that form around them and they're alright, it's usually the smaller groups that are like that. I think people are correct though in their assessments that especially the younger generation are trying to use it as a replacement for social relationships thinking they actually know the person. Part of the reason why Thots are so dangerous for men mental health wise because they know exactly what they're doing and are trying to pretend they're offering a girlfriend experience.

Definitely different though if you can hang out in their discord and chat to them on a daily basis. Socialising has changed dramatically over the years due to technology and that's just a fact. Sometimes it can work out well if you're not a retard about it but yeah the sociopaths out there who are just trying to take peoples' money are ones to watch out for.

TLDR: The streaming community is pretty big, so you're going to have a mix of people who are massive cunts versus people who are doing it for fun and the people who do it for fun are decent though some of the professional ones are okay as long as they're honest about what they do.
