its actually mostly dead muslims. And dead palestinian christians too. The jews killed were killed in an attack that israel already knew about but allowed to happen if not planned it themselves just so they would have an excuse to ethnically cleanse Palestine. right now its 20k palestinians dead half of them children and 1k or less jews dead majority of them adults and many of them military personal (in an attack that israel already knew about) . So its not a both sides thing its really just one sided slaughter. So being "neutral" is by default being pro israel because its not an equal thing. If you want an actual war of muslims vs jews you side with the weaker side not just side with one sided slaughter.
